SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day, with delivery within 2–3 days to the UK mainland. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Please be aware that shipping may take a little longer during sales and promotional periods.

During sale and promotional periods, shipping may take a little longer than usual due to a higher volume of orders passing through our system. Please bear with us during these times, and we will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible.

For Northern Ireland, offshore, and international orders, we aim to deliver within 3–10 business days. International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or additional charges incurred during shipping.

You are responsible for providing us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for undelivered orders if incorrect address details were provided at the time of the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any undelivered or missing parcels once they have been dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived, kindly contact Royal Mail or your designated courier directly, using your tracking number and any relevant details.

All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded.
